Let’s Talk About Our Bar Packages

  • First thing we do is determine how many bartenders you’ll need at your event. We always recommend one bartender for every 70 guests. This is to make sure that we are serving your guests reasonably, keep down wait times, and not to overwhelm our staff!

    • 1 Bartender - $400

    • 2 Bartenders - $680

    • 3 Bartenders - $950

  • Next, we have to think about when you’d like bar service to begin, and when you’d like it to end. Our minimum is 4 hours.

    • 4 Hours - $300

    • 5-6 Hours - $450

    • 7-8 Hours - $650

    • 9-10 Hours - $900

    • 10+ Hours - $1,200

  • Our base location is in Napanee, ON. As such, any local travel is included in our package (within 25km of our base location of 3 Dundas Street East, Napanee, ON K7R 1H5).

    We do begin to charge an additional travel fee for any event past 25km. However, we want to make sure it is kept reasonable for all of our clients! Therefore, we charge $0.88 per km.
