Let’s Talk About Our Bar Packages

  • First thing we do is determine how many bartenders you’ll need at your event, based on your guest count.

    • 1 Staff: 1-74 guests

    • 2 Staff: 75-149 guests

    • 3 staff: 150-199 guests

    • 4+ staff: 200+ guests

  • Next, we have to think about when you’d like bar service to begin, and when you’d like it to end. Our minimum is 4 hours.

We do custom pricing after 12 hours.

If you require service for 30 minutes on top of an hour, it rounds to the next hour. For example, if you require service for 5.5 hours, it rounds to 6 hours of service.

  • Our standard mixes include coke, diet coke, gingerale, tonic water, club soda, tomato juice, cranberry juice, and water bottles. Our standard garnishes are limes and lemons.

  • Our base location is in Napanee, ON. As such, any local travel is included in our package (within 40km of our base location in Napanee).

We do begin to charge an additional travel fee for any event past 40km. However, we want to make sure it is kept reasonable for all of our clients! Therefore, we charge $0.88 per km.

  • Again, our top priority is making sure you have everything you need to have the best experience, and so we have a number of add-on’s so you can entirely customize your bar service and experience! Take a look at some of our add-on’s below and find what’s right for you!
