  • Set up is scheduled for the morning of the event, between 7:00am and 9:30am. We ask that all booths are set up and ready by 9:45am.

  • Interested businesses should complete the online registration form. Once the form is submitted, the coordinating team will contact you regarding confirmation and payment. Registration is not finalized until payment is received.

  • Registration is open until December 27, 2026.

  • Refunds are permitted before December 1, 2026. After this time, as we are too close to the event, no refunds will be provided.

  • Absolutely! Your booth space is yours to arrange how you would like - just please be mindful to maintain your displays in your 10×10ft dedicated space, and not encroach on others booth areas.

  • This year, we are limiting the number of vendors to 3 per category. As this is our first year, we are open to feedback and will be reevaluating for the 2028 Wedding Show.
